General promotional terms and conditions:

1. The promotion/incentive is open to UK mainland residents only.
2. The promotion/incentive is open to Heritage Bathrooms retailers and/or consumers only.
3. Employees of Bristan Group Ltd (and other subsidiaries within the Masco Group), their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion/incentive are excluded.
4. The promotion/incentive is available between 01/01/2017 and 31/12/2017 only unless otherwise stated.
5. Promotion/incentives can only be offered to a retailer for a total period of 6 months maximum during 2017.
6. Heritage Bathrooms reserves the right change or amend aspects of the promotion/incentive offered or provide a similar alternative of equivalent value.
7. No cash alternative or product is available.
8. A Heritage Bathrooms promotion/incentive cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion or incentive unless pre-approved by a Regional Sales Manager.
9. All promotion/incentive codes must be quoted when the order is placed. Credit will not be issued afterwards if the code is not quoted at the time of placing the order.
10. Only Heritage Bathrooms retailers classified as Key Accounts or Hero Dealers are eligible for promotion/incentives. Retailers classified as Tier 1 accounts only qualify from promotion/incentives if they are part of a multi branch business where one or more branches are Key Accounts which qualify for promotion/incentives as well.
11. Any additional tax consideration arising as a result of the promotion/incentive is the responsibility of the recipient.
12. The promoter of the promotion/incentive is Heritage Bathrooms, a division of Bristan Group Ltd. (company number 01318148), registered office: 1 Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 5AB.

- In all instances the lowest value item will be discounted.
