Terms and Conditions

The below terms and conditions apply to the survey run in conjunction with English Homes throughout August 2018.

1. The Prize Draw is open to homeowners, aged 35 and over, who provide their email address before completing the survey.

2. Employees or agencies of Heritage Bathrooms or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the Survey and submit your email address. If you have any questions about how to enter, or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at: dave@eurekaresearch.co.uk.

5. Heritage Bathrooms accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by us.

6. Entry to the competition must be by the applicable method and in accordance with the deadlines as indicated.

7. No bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries will be accepted. We shall disqualify any entries which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods.

8. In the event that any entrant does not or is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the competition information, Heritage Bathrooms shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify such entrant, without any further liability to such entrant. Entrants must comply with any directions given to them by Heritage Bathrooms, including in relation to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.

9. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 11.59pm on the 20th of August 2018. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

10. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random adjudicated selection process. The draw will take place on 24th August 2018.

11. The winner will receive a Spa Break voucher worth £500. The voucher can be redeemed at spabreaks.com.

12. Heritage Bathrooms accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize. Travel expenses are not covered within the prize, and the prize cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent or for an alternative in any circumstances.

13. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days. If a winner does not respond to Heritage Bathrooms within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Heritage Bathrooms shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Heritage Bathrooms shall be entitled to select another winner.

14. Heritage Bathrooms retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

15. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Heritage Bathrooms’ reasonable request.

16. Heritage Bathrooms reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Heritage Bathrooms in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
