Heritage Bathrooms is part of Bristan Group, a UK leader in bathroom products. We are also sister company to taps and showers brand, Bristan.

Our Values

Our business is founded on a set of values we call SHINE (Straightforward, Helpful, Innovation, No Limits to Customer Service and Empower and Engage). We recognise and reward employees who demonstrate these values through a quarterly awards ceremony and an annual celebration where we announce our SHINE Stars of the Year.

Learning and Development

Our dedicated Learning and Development team offers a host of opportunities to help employees develop their skills, from ‘Bite Size’ academies, to Professional and Vocational Qualification support. Every employee is encouraged to create a Personal Development Plan and activities are planned and evaluated according to their needs.

We also run an annual Leadership Skills Development Programme for senior managers, providing them with the skills and training they need to be the best at their job.

We believe in developing people in their careers and encourage employees internally to apply for vacancies within the business. A structured Career Ladders programme helps people understand where their role sits within the organisation and recognise what skills they need to develop move into other roles.
