Terms & Conditions of Entry |

Entrants must provide all details specified on the on line form. The offer is open to UK residents only. Overseas players are not eligible. Employees of Bristan Group and any company associated with this promotion, and their families, are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. The ‘Contact Name’ will be deemed the entrant only. Proof of sending post/email is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged. The closing date is as specified. Only the winner will be contacted personally. The prize may not be transferred to any other person. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available. The prize is Heritage bathroom goods to the value of £2000 inc VAT, as detailed and priced in the Heritage Bathrooms bathroom brochure valid at the time of the draw. In the event of the advertised prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Use of a false name or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entering implies acceptance of these rules. The prize winner will be selected at random. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
